Achieving a higher level of sustainable development is an increasingly important issue. Developing environmental consciousness on individuals and organizations can be successful only stable methodological base. This task feasible with the support competence management. The paper summarizes comprehensive model for evaluating that provides necessary frames empiric results analysing management tools organizational size. research was carried out as part TAMOP-4.2.1.B-10/2/KONV-2010-0001 project by European Union, co-financed Social Fund.
